There is nothing as wonderful as humanity & there is nothing as disappointing as humanity-

This album was called the philosophers high for a good reason-

There is joy in it coz we do Reggae &Rootz on this album -

it was also to appease me young bloods who want Reggae babar - the "jamaicanstaanee" Babar - so for them there are 4 reggae songs -

the company of the the one other wonderful musician mr.Meller(keyboards) and we spent a intense 3 month period arranging and rehersing twice a week long sessions.
We had two rehersals with mr.Murrow(drumms) & mr.scrimshaw (bass)

the songs and the lyrics were mainly written before as is the norm with me- Thanks to Mark meller -

the musicians bring it to life - the choices we make and the sadness of this earth & dare i say a more philosophical perspective -

keyboards/hammond/piano i wanted to use on this album and was told of mr.Meller for a while before we hooked upp -

"the river " for example as elders told me how we are streams and we all flow eventualy to the river as well as talking about normality and how societies are built around rivers - as well as the Clash (uk london based punk/rock legends) from London calling "london is drowning and i live by the river" -

the last track is the history of human kind and civiliezation i love to get lyrical and the 3 verses and the prog vibes make me tingle when i hear it -

People are usualy surprised that the album was actualy recorded all in a day -

we spent 3 sessions after tweaking and taking bitts in and out loud and soft with mr.Aide Hardy at the helm who i have recorded six albums with -

Please enjoy the happy and reflective vibes of this album and exteme truths and the real truths and what is truth ..in a way
